Course Overview
Regional Skills Training (RST) offers Chemical Accreditation & Spray Solutions as a fee for service program.
This program is suited for students who are experienced operators looking to renew their chemical accreditation to purchase and use Schedule 7 chemicals as well as inexperienced operators.
Topics
Students will cover the following units of competency:
- AHCCHM307 Prepare and apply chemicals to control pest, weeds and diseases
- AHCCHM304 Transport and store chemicals
Participants will be issued with a spray solutions card and statement of attainment once they have achieved competency in the above units.
Studying with RST
All students are required to complete both a theory and a practical assessment to achieve their spray solutions chemical accreditation.
There are three options that students can select for delivery of this course:
- Open learning plus video/photo evidence being submitted
- Half day workshop plus open learning theory assessment
- Two day workshop for inexperienced operators
For groups of 10 people or more in a region, RST will travel to your local region to conduct face to face workshops.
