What our students say
It has helped me know more about myself and career options I might want to take as well as given me life skills.
The most enjoyable part about RST was the workshops and the interaction between other young people in the course. This was a great way to make new connections and learn from others.
The course timeline is very flexible and works well around the busy periods of farming.
With RST’s backing, I got to know new information such as how to get firm and the right size and colour of the fruit.
RST offers a wide range of learning opportunities and the staff, teachers and lecturers are extremely helpful and were always available to assist you when needed.
I enjoyed the easy going atmosphere in the class room and the teachers made me feel welcome.
The people were amazing. The qualification is excellent to have. I would 100% recommend RST to anyone wanting to get a qualification that is well organised with excellent workshops to attend.
I gained skills in the handling and behavioural study of animals which I still now apply to this day when working with animals. Many of these skills I still use in my current study of Animal Behaviour at a University level.
The hands-on approach that RST provided was extremely helpful, especially since I’m a practical learner.
